Booking

Booking accommodation at Brooklinn Mill is a simple 3-step process:

Step one

Check the availability and price for the dates you are interested in. If you would like to come for a short break - which is for a minimum of three nights and usually outside peak holiday times, please contact us for prices and availability information.

Step two

Complete the online booking form, providing as much information as possible about your stay with us, then click the 'Make booking' button at the bottom of the form.

Step three

Details of your booking will be displayed after you have submitted your booking, and the amount of the deposit due, which is 25% of the rate for your chosen dates . Print a copy of this and send it to us with a cheque for the deposit.

If you are booking less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, payment must be made in full at the time the booking form is completed and the amount displayed on your booking form will reflect this.

You can pay either by account transfer or by cheque.

Cheques should be made payable to Brooklinn Mill Holidays.

Your provisional booking will be held for 7 days from receiving your online booking form and will be confirmed when we have received payment.

We will send you confirmation of your booking and a receipt for your deposit payment.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

And finally

The balance of monies is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. We do not issue reminders and therefore it is your responsibility to make the payment. If the balance is not paid we will assume you have changed your mind and there is deemed to be no booking.

Once the balance has been paid we will issue a further receipt and confirm arrival details with you.
